Is the Neutrogena Wave™ DUO gentle enough to use everyday?

Definitely. I've been tested by dermatologists, and proven to be gentle enough for daily use. And since I have 2 speeds, you have even more control. You can choose between a gentle speed that's perfect for daily cleansing and a second faster speed for more invigorating, deep cleansing.

What about the original Neutrogena Wave™?

Definitely. I’ve been tested by dermatologists too and am also gentle enough to be used daily. My vibrations are right in between the Wave Duo’s speed 1 and speed 2. I guess you could say my speed is 1.5.

Can I use them in the shower?

Yep! We’re both water-resistant so you can use us at your sink and in the shower. But we’re not waterproof, so don’t use us at the bottom of a pool.

How are they better than traditional cleansing?

Ah, let me count the ways! To start with, we clean 10x deeper. When we vibrate, our softly textured pads can clean deep into pores to remove more, dirt, oil and make-up. We also leave your skin noticeably softer and smoother the first time you use us.

If I have acne, can I use the Neutrogena Wave™?

Of course you can use me if you have acne-prone skin. A great anti-acne combination is me plus the Shine-Free Blemish-Free refill pads. You should always check with your dermatologist if you have troubled skin or severe acne.

Where can I find all the different colors of the original Neutrogena Wave™ and the Neutrogena Wave™ DUO?

Wave Duo: I’m permanently teal, but throughout the year, I’ll be available in other limited edition colors.

Can I use the same cleansing pad more than once?

Our Deep Clean foaming pads are single-use and disposable, so you should use a new one every time we wash your face.

How many pads come with the Neutrogena Wave™ or Wave DUO and what do I do when I run out?

Our starter kit comes with 14 disposable Deep Clean pads. When you need new ones, you can buy our Neutrogena Wave™ refill packs, which includes 30 pads.

Is the attachment head re-usable?

Our attachment heads are good for about 30 pad uses, so our refills include new attachment heads every time you buy them.

Do they come with batteries, or do I have to buy them?

Good news! We're ready to start cleansing as soon as you purchase us, since we come packaged with 1 AA non-rechargeable battery each.
